LOl i live in heidelburg and been to vetters AWSOME beer and it is the record strongest AND tho its so strong IT is Very smooth Pils is gross if you come to germany STAY AWAY from bit burger and Hefeweizen is the shit

You did say that the beer was 38 %-vol. If that is alcohol it is strong as Koskenkorva vodka (the national drink of Finland). So: Did you actually drunk a whole glass (0,5 litres or so) 38 %-vol beer. That would be like drinking a bottle of vodka!!

The 38% is actually during brewing. When drinking it is closer to 11-15% which we found out of after getting a better translator :) The bartender did awesome though so its really our fault.

The strongest beer I have tasted is a Finnish label Karhu IVB (8,0 %-vol).. That is also very good beer (I recommend it warmly).
Unlike the beer in the video - it is distributed in bottles =)
