Okay, I think this is the only band that I'll give credit to for making a decent cover version of this song. While I still prefer the original version, I'm gonna give props to these guys. This sounds more like a cover than an imitation, which is the main reason I didn't enjoy Red's version. Plus, I love the guitar riffs. Cool cover.

Well...I thought that Red's version was more powerful then the original, and now I think this one is more powerful then Red's. To me this version brings emotion that Red's doesn't have. I just ran across Aurora's version too & atm I like hers the best. I guess I just love this song, no matter which version I am listening to.

I like this version better than Red's. It sounds more like a cover than someone singing the song just like Duran Duran did it. The instrumentation on this one actually gives the song a much darker tone than the original. And it ramps up in power as it keeps going. It has a lot of heart.

So it's quite possible my opinion may be a bit biased against them for that reason, however it is an opinion nonetheless. If you like them, that's fine. I just personally can't stand their singer.

Red's version has a more "epic" sound to it. This, however, wasn't meant to be like that. It's geared towards a different audience. I don't like how he sings the first verse, but after that, its great. i give it extra points for being a "free to watch" video instead of Red making us pay 2$ to watch theirs on itunes.
