Greyhound does suck overall and I have encountered some severely unprefessional employees/drivers. Last summer I filed a complaint against a man who went out of his way to be rude to me over a luggage issue. He made me feel so dumb. I would fly but have a terrible fear of heights. Not sure what the real truth behind this lady's actions is, only the passengers know. But it looks so unfair to me and I hope she never does it again.
You know that flying is a better deal than Greyhound. I can fly for the same cost if not less than Greyhound get there in one piece etc.. Southwest Airlines treats their customers better and heck I can get a beer for $5 or a good spirit for $6 while flying and I am there relaxed. Dang what a ripoff Greyhound is. I would rather fly to a close city and hire a car for the last 50 miles than be on Gay Hound man.
I am glad she stood her ground, there is no reason why anyone should had poured water in her seat. You are lucky she let you stay on the bus. I would had the police come and ensure all of you got off of the bus. Dont hold here accountable for the stupidity of someone else.
