I can't understand why anyone would prefer to have half the screen blocked by a bobbing head.

Fallout 3 is the only game I can think of that feels completely like an FPSRPG; especially with the iron sights mod.

Some people can control their character better when they can see them. I personally couldn't stand the controls of Fallout 3. It felt really odd to control for me. It's a shame because I thought the game looked awesome while watching my brother play it.

BioShock is an FPS with some RPG elements. It's not a full RPG like Neverwinter Nights or The Elder Scrolls series.
