  • Thanks for that. I only drink that when I workout, however, I really on drink that twice a weekend as a meal replacement. Usually at breakfast time.

  • Girl, you are really on point with this program. I wish I could say the same. I find that whenever I try to eat totally healthy, I spent a lot of money, and you said that was for only 3 days of food! I will continue to watch your progress, you are definitely inspiring.

  • Yes and no. I thought it was enough food for a few days, but it is a lot more servings than I thought. I will keep you posted!

  • Great vid, i bombed this wk, it's the end of wk 3 for me and i was really tired. It could might be that i was'nt eating enough protein and not sleeping well. Thanks so much for showing me the proper food selection. You are an inspiration for me.

  • Yes, I am here still girlfriend. Trying to find time to commit to a half marathon in April. I can do it but I need time to train and with a little one it is hard but I am going to try and find a way to do it...that is my challenge right now as I am yearing to run!!! LOL!!! crazy me...:)  How are you doing?

  • Oh wow! I hope you get the chance to participate in the marathon! I'm sure you will do well. As for me, I just started P90X last week, and it went pretty good. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. That Ab Ripper is a beast though! I love the plyometrics (I hope I spelled that right).

  • Not good! Being snowed in last week did not help.  I wasn't able to get any workouts done because of my little one being home with me all day and not taking naps or anything. So, I'm gonna make it a priority to start over this week. I really do like the program too, especially the plyometrics.

  • Stick with it this week. I know you can do it. The plyo is a great tool to kick start your fitness and get you in top form shape real fast. Hang in there this week and we will see how you end up at the end of the week. Good luck!!! Erica
