you all prolly know this, but there is an easy way for ppl to have OD stats. What i did was go to AXE skills, learn AXEMaster1-5. Then get the HP up lv1-3 VITuplv1-2 and STR uplv idk. Then go to long swords and repeat. Then go to spears if you want good DEF, and Swords if you want good DEX or criticals. Spell casters are pretty straight forward so....,yea

If anyone follows Level-5's style of making games, they would know that the first game in a series is never as good as its sequal. Dark Cloud 1 was a good game but got a bit repetetive in the gameplay and didn't have great graphics for a cartoony style. But Dark Cloud 2 changed that it had great cartoony graphics, great characters, and very varied gameplay, not all about dungeon fights and bit of sims thrown into the mix.

What I wanted is that your created character could become a knight and plays a more active role in the story. They could just add a sixth secret Knight maybe an experimental or written off the history during the ancient war. Its kinda odd when in the story said that the characters are fated to meet yet our character seems like kinda left out.

Oh, and also the ability to import your created character to the second game.

It's not as good graphicaly and the voice acting and writing is very poor at times but it has more RPG elements than FF13 and the georama is a great idea, i just hope that they really run with it. it'd be great if they'd imploment armies and deffence's with the option to challenge people.

Even if there are 5 knights, this doesn't mean they can't make more arcs, as said enemy in this game is from an ancient civilization with the ability to create them in the past I think.

And they don't always have to be knights, remember the Gigas? There could be semi or pseudo transformations that doesn't come close to a full blown knight, but enough to beat down bosses and monsters.

UPDATE: There WILL be online transformation in the new game, probably only attainable after some point in the story mode.

Hopefully they wouldn't make your character a mute anymore... They'll have to create many many sets of voices and dialogs maybe...

I have big doubt about the Avatar being a talkative character. The avatar is really just to add this Whole creation fun and to avoid having 3 Leonard while playing online.

Also, sorry to break up your hope but Yulie is the one getting the last knight and it's not going to be customizeable. (Beyond what you can customize with the other knight)

Yea Yulie is getting the last knight. One of the trailers for the first game showed Yulie and a knight in the background, so its pretty certain she'll get it. Sucks if you can't customize her knight.
