Hello I Have A 1972 Pontiac Grand Prix And I Was Wondering Was There Ever A Time Where Your Power Windows Wouldnt Work? And You Replaced The Fuse And It Still Didnt Work? if so did you fix it and How?
Any Grand Prix had genuine class far beyond it's price. It's been said in Car & Driver that a GP can be parked next to anything in the world without apology. That was in 1964,and it has stuck with me ever since.A true American classic.Dear GM: Please bring back Pontiac.Grand Prix,Bonneville,2+2,Grand Am,GTO,Firebird! These nameplates, and the cars they were attached to are far too good to be callously thrown away!
SadatChato: extremeclassicsllc: Is this car for sale? Or are you just showing it for those of us who would LIKE to own it? Please respond, it is a beautiful car.
You have a real beauty there. I was always an Olds fan and still am. Owned Cutlass but when I start driving my dad had a 73 Grand Prix and that changed everything. Although I would never talk smack on a Cutlass. Love the Grand Prixs from the 60's and 70-77
the sound of the engine your referring to would be the choke, which is what warms up the engine when you first start it, it idles at a higher than normal RPM in order to get everything circulating properly.
Freakin' Sweat!

Mom had one!
Dark green, with an 8-track in the center console between the passenger and driver seat.
The car of my childhood.
Still looks good.

Nice car. Is that the way it normally sounds or is the engine racing for some reason?
