I actually think this game is quite good.

What those reviewers didn't mention was the awesome graphics, the great interactivity with the enviroment and the controls which are very easy.

I mean like the point that you can hit a rock is your failure, you should watch out for the rock but instead they blame the game for the chance that you might hit rocks? WTF?

Because you can choose out of many vehicles and you can also free ride.

Imagine free riding with an area over 14000km².

I think the game is pretty good.

Good graphics, easy controls.

But the interactivity with nature is indeed good, but you have a good chance at being frustrated because you hit trees and rocks while you take a short cut.

but for $16 I think it's worth it.

haha awesome!! But seriously, this game is really cool.. The intense races and the relaxing free ride.. its so nice.. I like having a chopper and just tour over highways. I think if you are one of those people who expect a game to take your hand and drown you in objectives, they get bored easy, but i like the journey, not the destination :P

This review is bullshit. Fuel is excellent, and once it's patched it'll be great. There certainly is a steep learning curve, and some of the challenges are tough. But to score it 5/10 is like joining the all the other reviewers slagging of this game. There are several reviews out there that buck the trend, (Edge gave it 8/10), and that's far more accurate as far as I'm concerned. Yes it's rough, yes it lacks polish, but it plays brilliantly, and that's what matters.
