  • Awesome tune with amazing harmonies. Nobody does it like the Beach Boys. Brian Wilson is one of the greatest musical minds ever!!

  • wish i could write a song this bloody good

  • BEACH BOYS BEST EVER BAND OF ALL TIME - BILL FROM WIGAN, UK

  • the stones couldnt touch this shit and im british

  • It's great to see a true live TV performance of this tune around the time it was released

  • The most he can say is they are unique? Ok...

  • mike love doesnt seem to have much to do there.

  • @Threedeehoo

he has the baseline, quite essential for the flow of the song

  • A very creditable performance here. Good old Carl was the one who really shouldered the bulk of the burdens involved in keeping the band going & functioning, after Brian (rightfully) dropped his bundle on them, after Mike Love's forever-dusgusting 1967 sabotage-act on Brian & BW's most creative, most beautiful project ever .. the wonderful Smile Album. A place in hell is reserved for Mike Love.

  • @colindominy

What was the "real" beef with the Smile project ??/

Concur with the Mike Love comment though !!

  • What a well-developed, kind, gernerous, and talented loving man was Carl Wilson. Just the best Beach Boy. Without Carl's wide shoulders, I wonder how much we really would have gotten from Brian Wilson.

  • AWESOME LIVE PERFORMANCE!!!!

  • @ventues97 theres no way to delay that trouble coming everyday dennis wasnt to well and they had trouble finishing a concert tour of australia that frost was promoting and frost said he was going to sue them .

  • @spacepatrolman in 69 Dennis was not having problems, he wasn't using drugs like he did in the 70's.

  • @keaton1895 according to these sources brian and dennis were using drugs in the 60s

  • @spacepatrolman The whole country/world was usng drugs in the 60's. It took you that long to make that astounding comment ?

  • @BeachBoysGuy1 its not true that the whole country was only a small minority

  • @keaton1895 Dennis might not have been the complete addict he was by the late 1970s but if you think he was using drugs in the 60s, well that's just unrealistic. Saying Carl was clean at this point would be more realistic, but he's the Wilson brother folks forget developed a real nice coke/heroin addiction himself in the 70s.
