The actor in the video is great. He really captures both the intense stare of the shackled and the insistent flight of the escapee. At times it seems he's just on a daily run & at other times, he stumbles...fleeing, dizzy & desperate. And the song is great for it..at times pounding & rhythmic then winding down & catching a breath before becoming again like the sound of one's high blood pressured pulse pounding in the head, like when you're running hard.

Awesome song. Heard it on XM Radio - Chill, and have listened to it daily ever since. I disagree with the other posts saying CFCF sampled Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush (and Placebo's remake). The synth keynotes do have a similar sound, but the melody is different in my mind. I run long distance as well, and this is now a staple on my iPod! I can really feel the mood, especially when its cool and misty out, like the video.
