if I'm that white car driver, I've been blasted my horn at him and will only try reducing damage as possible. even I ride a motorbike I've been horn blasted a car from behind for stopping in the middle of the road without blinker but if I'm a jury, I did blame the rider for careless riding resulting damage

fucking idiot. Fucking hate scooter riders! 98% have no fucking idea how to ride properly. I dont care if its only a 50cc, if its only got 2 wheels, then you should require a motorcycle licence!
