  • We went on this today and had a fantqstic time. I would suggest that this is something you must do in your life time.

  • Just finished a tour this week, wet and raining, bloody windy as all hell. And, I LOVED IT !!! This is one of the best days out, recommended to all.

  • I went on that yesterday and it is AWESOME!! well worth doing.

  • that looks great where is is it... wow

  • North Tasmania Launceston 20 minutes out of town.

  • Was a scary for someone who hates heights but awesome views and speed on near end on 3rd last run was awesome over the creek stream

  • how much is it?

  • $100 AUD

  • we had the best time! it's better than any of the theme parks or rollercoasters we've been on cause it's all natural and you're not hurting the environment! it's graysh!

  • Mate, that is awesome. Can't wait to get back to Tassie to have a crack at this. The Tahune Air Walk was amazing, but this, mate, this is just wild. Good video, thanks for taking the time to make it.

    Cheers

  • Hi Jeff

this is great. Everyone loves it.

I have a comment to forward from another viewer... "Need to add 'canopy', 'tour', 'tasmania' and 'australia' to the YouTube tags"

  • Thanks for that, I have added the new tags and zip wire an american term. I had great fum making this video as it required quite a few trips around the treetops course.

  • I rather enjoyed helping create this too. Had never played with a dedicated digital movie camera before (rather than the type of stuff a still camera takes).

Out of curiosity.. what software did you use to edit it?

  • I used Edius Pro 4, a Grass Valley product. It handles HD video quite well. Incidentally you want to see this on a big true HD screen to really appreciate all the detail in the original video. I sometimes use Sony Vegas 7 and Ulead Video Studio 11, it all depends on the kind of end product I want.
