@VioletaDks Using the interface is pretty easy; you set your desired time for milk frothing and you desired shot volume, then it gets going. This model is now available only as a refurbished machine; they discontinued the Z5/Z6 in favor of the Z7. - Kat
Kat/Gail, when reviewing of superautomatic espresso machines with automatic/one-touch milk frothing/steaming capabilities, such as the Jura Impressa C9, Z5, or Z7, would it be possible to measure the temperature of both frothed and steamed milk and report on the temperature, please?
I am considering purchasing a new Impressa C5 (with optional accessory: Professional Cappuccino Frother, Art. 67693) or C9 One Touch. The temp of the steamed milk/froth will be the deciding factor. Need 150F. Thnx!
Heh... What she does not tell is that the "computer connection" is not sold in the US. I do have a German kit available if someone needs one. (Works fine for the US Z5/Z6)
@pnnielsen Not mentioned because we weren't aware -- we don't work on these machines at all (Jura doesn't allow anyone but themselves) so as far as the tech side of things, we don't know what is available. It wasn't that omitted this for some reason - Kat
Love your videos!!! What's the best way to program cappuccino and latte for this machine? Thank you!

@cninham Responded to your other comments...they get up to 150F; we have a video testing the Z7 and they all perform similarly - Kat
