@TheMaster0fGenesis Do you mean the filter at the end? What version of Photoshop do you have? On CS5 extended you don't need to install.

Sorry I can't help with that. Don't want to do any illegal tuts although I hear its easy to get Photoshop free? You'll have to look elsewhere if you want to do that.
