I find panzer elite hard as hell to play as after rank 5 or so, a semi-skilled american player poses a serious uphill battle. btw this looks like blitzkrieg mod, blitz is retarded, why dont you go play starcraft?

I really dont get PE, they have no tanks, no mgs, no AP mines, no AT guns, no artillery. They get beaten. on every unit. Sure they can grab sectors quickly early on, but find it so hard to hold. They just have nothing to fight against USA fire power. Early mardar might have u going strong for like 5 minutes max, and then at guns protected by quads and units kill them easily or just drive around them in circles. By the time you even get tanks, the 1000 manpower one its pretty much over. Fail

1st: PE has arty the Hummel Self propelled Arty gun (Somethingsomething Tactics)

2nd: They do have AT guns, tho stationary and very expensive, the Flak .88mm (Luftwaffe Tactics)

3rd: They do have MGs, the Flak Vierling .38 (Luftwaffe Tactics)

4th: Either you totally suck at PE cus i always play as PE, and beat the US without any problems.

@Fowtowsjop . haha so you can only have one, and have to wait. PE are also horriblely fuel expensive. Considering how weak they are, this really sucks. I almost always always beat PE. When i auto match against a PE player i like my lips cos its a gaurenteed win. The counter attacks to their limited attacks are so obvious. What do you only play the AI? If so you really have no say

@damnedcarrot no defense against armored car rush. They shred up marders and infantry alike, god forbid they get veterancy. then you're really hosed. BUFF PE PLZ!

@shmuckmuck Yep, the only counter is rush to rocketmen and then you leave yourself open to getting raped by riflemen

@damnedcarrot The one strategy i can use against decent players is to spam early grenadiers and push hard on forward lines, then trap/scorch the shit out of points to buy yourself time.

my opinion is that you can not play the game

1) pick the hummel power

2) mg bunkers and mortars work well together especially when you have panzer elite due to their mobility

3) marder are very powerful yet you didnt use them at all

4) very big mistake to choose panzer elite because wehrmacht has: nebelwerfers-stukas-v1-king tiger-ostwind-snipers-mg-42-go­liaths

raising ranks building-firestorm-defensive structures from the beggining-tiger-bunker building and many more... enough for today

you just don't know how 2 play teh PE you have 2 put a stranglehold in the early game and use the halftracks as opposed 2 artillery or support crews

and most important ambush flanks

dudes, this map is 100% OverPowered for Allies, escpecially for brit, i've been playing this map since i bought this game, and no map else, escept little bit hochwald, anyways, im telling u man, Allies at the first 40 min theyre so much op thn axis, but when it gets over 40 min, axis has more chanes to win, this is the map.

The brit player could have rushed you soooo easily. Pos. 6 would have been gone and you would have a wide open flank.
