Omegaman" or "Ωmegaman" from the Ghost In The Machine album, written by Andy Summers. A&M records (the Police's label) wanted that to be the first single from the album but Sting objected (possibly because he didn't write it).

Yeah man, Summers got Omegaman and Copeland Darkness, and both are one of the last songs in albums. Pretty shame.

Yeah, this was one of the best songs on the album, I think it's better than Spirits in the Material World, at least (not quite as good as Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic), and the worst part is if he hadn't done stupid, arrogant stuff like that, the Police wouldn't have broken up...
