@hexcane no they can't most of the movie critics watch and read have extensive acknowledge of story destructor and character development built up over years, their job isn't if they like something it's tell you why it's a good or bad, a person can only say weather they like something or not

@hexcane all that means is that they possibly haven't earned it (although I personally think artists should expect to be able to take people's money without them at lest knowing something about the work quality before hand) not they don't know what their talking about, critics review end products you don't have to have extensive acknowledge of how something was made to be able tell if the end product is working.
