@savedasloths lol dont worry he is just a rumor also when notch said removed herobrine what he means is he removed the coding for monster so if ya have ever used singleplayer commands and hit /spawn list it would show monster as a spawnable creature and the monster looks like steve some people just reskin it to look like herobrine ( dont try to spawn monster anymore it wont work)

You can get apples from the regular pine trees in the most recent update (11w48a). It is like 1 in 200 destroyed leave blocks from a regular pine trees. @Paulsoaresjr did an update video on it. Thumbs up so he can see.

oh and the reason you can't find sheep is probably because of the (in my opinion) incredibly stupid new animal spawning where animals don't respawn so you're stuck with what you get and once you kill them, that's it you don't get any more.
