Black netting/veil would work better.

Especially against the white background.

The tutu style dress certainly seems to compress your body in certain parts of this style of dance. Reminds me of Strawberry Switchblade's style of dress.

Take this a few, short steps further.

Replace the tutu for something flowing.

You certainly can create some sensual moves. A a person just "surfing You Tube"
