let me explain, in the uk this season IS called season eight because when season one was released over here it was olny half of it. So season two had to show the next half of season one. So we have the exact number of episodes as he amrican seasons would its just the dvd's having to catch up with the season one mistake. So long story short : DVD season one got cut short so more dvd's have been relased in the UK to catch up.
