  • fue la cancion del 2011 de mi ranking personal....

  • I always feel like crying listening to this song... that's how big an impact a walk to remember had on me

  • A Walk To Remember :)

  • I love this song so much! :D

  • i find this extremly depressing, but its good

  • God is what each one of us wants him to be.....For me it is all metaphorical and shows us the way to the Kingdom....the Grail.....the Garden....which in found within your heart. Seek your divinity within and you shall find the way to the truth.

  • This song brings out everything I keep bottled up inside.

  • god is real and jesus came down and took his life for us soo we can live so there should be no dislikes this song is amazing and so is god a jesus!

  • @victoria142697 You're an idiot!

PRAISE JESUS FOR GIVING US A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD!!

  • This song reminds me of this beautiful girl/ person that inspired me to be better.

  • omg i love this song! its so cool!

  • A Walk To Remember "3')

  • the 'you' is Jesus. he's the only one to bring us true peace in this life.

  • !!!! If you were walking around in an unexplored tropical Rain Forest and you come across a beautiful wrist watch sitting on the ground. All of the gears inside the watch line up perfectly and the clock is ticking & in perfect working order.

The intricate design logically points to there being a creator of the watch. It didn't create itself and come together out of random chance from materials in the forest... Right??

Our World is much more complex than a wrist watch. There IS a creator God :)

  • @TheOrbSid There could or could not be a creator of the universe. Science cannot disprove that but religion cannot prove it either. Its just simply unknown at the moment. But what i do know is that the many religions out there, say Christianity and Catholicism just a load of bs.

  • hey give God a try, you have tried everything else ...

  • AMAZING! Where is my handkerchief?!!

  • I found peace when I'm confused! I found hope when I'm let down... not in me in You!! yes!! :D Hope to lose myself for good! Hope to fight till the end not in me, in You! It's all I know.... It's all I know.... Yes Lord! :D

  • a walk to remember:"]

  • =]

  • The last time I called him was Saturday. It was 11pm and he was still at a party. I called him yesterday 4 times but he didn't pick up and I'm worried. I messaged him on Facebook and he still didn't respond back. I miss him so much and I hope everything is ok. Can someone please tell me what to do? I don't know what to do</3 :'( I don't know how to get him to respond to me. I hope he won't ever forget me. I hope he won't walk away. He can't just ignore me....please help me....someone....</3 :'(

  • @15butterflies you should juss wait for a few days and check ur phone if he has txted u

  • @15butterflies Calling someone four times isn't going to make them answer you. It's just going to make them think you're clingy. Just wait a week, and if he hasn't responded, good freaking riddance. Who needs a guy like that? No one.

  • It´s all I Know...

  • Damn, that remind me my first love

  • This song just makes you close your eyes, and think about stuff..

  • does any one know the piano sheet music for this song?

  • I beleive in God and Science. Divinity lies in the beautifuly impossible randmoness of the temporary fields of swirling energy that make up who we are, and that there, in that impossible arrangement my heart can feel overflowing love for my wife and daughter. In that moment God is real for me.

  • i love this song! its one of my favorites by switchfoot. i remember the first time i heard it, i was watching the movie a walk to remember && all of a sudden when Shane west (Landon) was in the car it came on &&& he started crying while it was playing.awwwwwwww i started to cry w/ him lol. but what i remember thinking is that dis song is sooo DEEP, like damn!. im never gonna forget this song.

  • The power and the way this songs just floats you makes your heart beat fast yet you feel frozen i love this song its beautiful... :)

  • hope to lose my self for good..hope to find it in the end,not in me,,in YOU <3

  • this song never fails to bring out strong emotions out of me...

  • everytime I hear this song it makes me strong to overcome my obstacles in life because I knew God is ther for me XD

  • i meant what is the risk he was taking? he's god, we killed him and he's still god.... i don't see what he was risking by coming down. he sacrificed himself to himself....in order to change a rule that he made to begin with....because he saw how freakin lazy the human race was. we need a god that will pay the price for our mistakes because we can't take responsibility for ourselves. i feel like that is the epitome of immorality.

  • this song remembers me of a friend i've lost :'(

  • i love this song.....

  • @electricmaster23 haha I'm glad I asked a stupid question :P it's about time. In all seriousness, however, I would say the reason to believe in the Christian God is the fact that no other deity has done anything for humanity. It is usually we try to achieve non-existence (nirvana) or die for them (other religions, and overlaps with Christianity). But the Christian God also died for us. Whether He really did or not is up for proving, but it's the best option, if anything.

  • @princesiraj1 you are not off the hook:)) jk the bible says do not throw the pearls to the swine, and the Holy things to the dogs. that means don't try to prove the bible to someone who could care less and is just going to eat it and step on it anyway, so my advice to you is to hold your tongue, brother:)

  • @princesiraj1 god "died" for us? what is a human life to god? it's nothing. he wiped out millions of lives all throughout the bible. so for him to come down for 30 years and die and then go right back up to be ruler of all existence isn't all that tough. if you asked me, i would gladly be hung on the cross if i knew that when i died i would be the ultimate dictator of every living thing. i love the idea of christianity and i wish i could believe but it just doesn't make any sense.

  • @jamesiscool24 If you had created billions of other planets, very possibly most of which were populated, and only one of those planets had a problem with sin, then would it be worth it for you to give up your Godship for a while and possibly lose it in the process of trying to get just ONE planet and its inhabitants back? No, it wouldn't to me. However, God obviously did believe that, and he deserves my worship for it.

  • @princesiraj1 first off, that's not even a valid argument. we have no idea if there is life on other planets. yeah, the odds are probably that there is. but you can't bring what is unknown into this issue. and why the hell would i create planets where nothing can survive? secondly, how would god lose his godship? he's god....

  • @jamesiscool24 How? Because most Christians believe in three beings that operate as one God: we believe that Jesus is God's son, and he came down and was born as a human to die for sin as previously stated. He is fully God and fully human. How? I have no freaking clue. Why would I create planets where nothing can survive? Easy: No one said the inhabitants of other planets etc. in the Universe would be human, or like anything else known in the human world. But, as you said that's irrelevant.

  • @jamesiscool24 How can you say what Jesus did wasn't tough lol. He was whipped and then had a crown of thorns stuck through his skull. And that was before he had giant nails hammered through the median nerve in his wrist. (The nails weren't really through his hands because they would have ripped through the flesh) Hitting the median nerve is intensly painful. And then he suffocated on that cross. He really loved us. He died so we didn't have to. It's like he took a grenade for us.And im thankful

  • @posiden01 i'm not saying what he did wasn't painful. i mean i can't even imagine enduring what he went through. the point i'm trying to make is that HE WAS GOD. hah. like his pain, although terrible, was incredibly temporary compared to the unlimited amount of time he spends as the celestial ruler of all things. does that make sense?

  • @jamesiscool24 I know but he was in that moment. And it was temporary but thats kinda of like all pain. Its temporary. But its hard to get through while we're in the moment. Thats why I try to be thankful everyday for what he did because he gave me the chance to truly live.

  • i am obsessed with this song at the moment.

  • Nice good song

  • yeah! I agree 55 people are JERKS! hahaha

  • 55 ppl r jerks!!

  • Maybe it's old......but i have to say it......i fakin RAPE repeat button on this song....and when i listen it i remember the movie.....and tears are here in second :((

  • Comment removed

  • How could 54 ppl not like this!!!

  • @freshglance cause they dont know good music when they hear it :)

  • electricmaster...you are absolutely right! We live in the same area as Switchfoot and we do charity events with them every year, they never talk religion, I think they see themselves as musicians who happen to be Christian, but let their music speak for itself. Great guys in real life...exactly as they seem.

  • @ethanm3 right on, I actually believe that modelling yourself on Jesus' life is actually a noble and righteous thing to do, and even I can take a lot from the man who is portrayed in the bible. Problems only ever arise when some people take the bible completely literally when we know today that science and logic contradicts a lot of events and stories mentioned in the bible or just don't make sense. I guess technically you could be simultaneously Christian and an atheist XD

  • @electricmaster23 God requires all or none. we cant be on the fence. only the devoted lovers and followers of Jesus will make it to paradise with him.

  • @eggroast you just contradicted yourself... you said "GOD" requires all or none, but in your next sentence you said "only the devoted lovers and followers of Jesus will make it to paradise with him."

please take your Christian fanaticism somewhere else... preferably to a place where people share the same delusional views as yourself so you can feel good about your pathetic life... e.g. a church.

  • @electricmaster23 i do attend church, and did i contradict myself? maybe to you, who apperently knows nothing of my God and christianity, please learn before you accuse, I and any true christian believe in the trinity, meaning that God, the Holy Spirit, and Gods son, Jesus are one and the same, and yet different, God sent his Son to earth, listen to the song by john foreman, revenge, it explains it well at the end of the song, no, when we make the choice to follow jesus we follow God,

  • I know quite a lot about Christianity and the bible, in fact, more than most actual 'Christians'. I went to church because that's how I was raised. Now that I'm an adult and can think rationally for myself, I've decided not to accept a literal interpretation of the bible is any person with half a brain will realize it contradicts modern science, history and geography. If you still can't understand why I think that; I'd be more than happy to demonstrate why that's the case.

  • @electricmaster23 hmmm, some of the greatest minds in history are creationists so...id love to hear them, Isaac Newton? ever heard of him? yeah christian...and also why then, do athiests sometimes become christians? do they lose their logic and reason according to you?

  • @electricmaster23 and if you did know christianity then you would know that we know that theres a fair amount that is symbolic. we dont say that it is all literal, and how then, do you explain the beginning of man?

  • @eggroast google it

  • @electricmaster23 google what? contradictions? every website i find will be bias towards one case or the other, i can give you evidence off of my head, one, fish fossils have been found on top of mountains, Noahs Ark, and another thing about Noahs ark is that the Government on turkey, a muslim country, is not letting anyone on top of Mount Ararat, which is where the Ark is supposed to have landed, and there are some scientists that claim to have seen it. but i wont get into a proof debate again

  • ever thought of other more logical explanations, such as when fish have been reported to fall from the sky?

Tornadoes for example? see this: watch?v=MKWfNSFXzqw

  • @electricmaster23 they go litteraly no where, i wont convince you of anything and you will NEVER convince me of anything

  • @eggroast the burden of proof lies with you, buddy, not me. have fun in your fairytales..

  • @electricmaster23 and if we choose not to follow Jesus, and reject him, we reject God, and he takes it as the greatest offence, considering that he sent him to the earth to be beaten, to what would have been death, but not for him, mocked by his very creation, with the ability to wipe them all out at a word, or call down an army of angels from heaven and kill them all, but he didnt, he chose to offer salvation to those that killed him, beat him, and mocked him, make no mistake though he is alive

  • @electricmaster23 and in my "pathetic life" i have found more meaning and purpose in it than any life of anyone who doesnt follow Jesus could have, i dont care if theyre Bill Gates, theyre life is hollow without the one thing that can eternally fill it

  • Also, atheism can be a liberating lifestyle, since you are not constrained to the manipulative law of a church, nor do you live life in constant fear that you will be eternally burnt in hellfire. Also you don't need to bend the rules of physics to reject a literal interpretation of the bible when you are an atheist. Theism is something that people cling to when they don't have any other option because when someone or many people in fact, don't know something, they collectively act irrationally.

  • @electricmaster23 hm, well, we arent constrained to the law of the church lol, obviously you only think you know christianity, you know a very perverse obomination of it. I for one am not constrained to that the law of the church which is actualy Gods law, i follow it out of love. ever think of that? and also you ACTUALLY think, that im afraid of going to hell? SERIOUSLY? no, i am 100% sure that i'll be in heaven when i die, and nothing will change that, God says nothing can snatch us away

  • @electricmaster23 If it can be neither proved or disproved that God exists, then why not be on the safe side? If God really exists, and you follow Him, then you'll go to Heaven. However, if God doesn't exist, and you follow those same teachings, then you have lost nothing, but have been a nice person.

  • @princesiraj1 OK. This question is probably one of the most commonly asked questions by Christians of atheists. Richard Dawkins may have put it best by saying, and I'm paraphrasing, "If we use that logic we may as well believe in Thor, Zeus or the big Shabooboo at the top of the mountain if that's what it takes to get peace of mind." If this is the only reason we have to believe in the Christian's God or any other deity, then you should really reassess where you place your logic and rationality.

  • @electricmaster23 ............ in our time of desperation, we come to a point in our life where we either go to God or not, the crossroads of Christ, if you will. as Christians we tell people about what God did, wheather they accept Him at the crossroads or not...... you sound like you know enough so, princeesiraj1, you have nothing to prove. see guys, everyone comes to a point in their life when they wonder what they are doing, and there will be a moment where everyman can accept God or not.

  • Just so you know, you can be an atheist, and still love the positive, non-fanatical aspects of Christianity, such as Switchfoot, and this song. Thanks.

  • @electricmaster23 there is nothing fanatical about Christianity.

  • @ILoveGod22696 you're right; it's just the people themselves that can sometimes become narrow minded and fanatical, I don't have a problem with the denominations that encourage peace, love and humanity as Jesus practised, just not ignorant people, such as the KKK which stemmed from biblical literalism which we know today has many inaccuracies and contradictions.

  • @electricmaster23 the KKK stemmed not from Biblical literalism, but from human corruption, pride mainly, and most bad things that come from followers of christ, such as manifest destiny, are misinterpretations of the Bible, or the fools that claim themselves to be prophets and lie for their own self gain

  • @ILoveGod22696 actualy, christians are fanatical, we are completely INSANE, at least to the world, and fanatical by definition is completely obsessive, and any christian should be fanatical about following Chris, but i suppose i need to work the splinter out of my eye on that matter before i go telling people to do it themselves, but im workin on it :)

  • @eggroast couldnt agree more. :)

  • @ILoveGod22696 awesome :P

  • great song...!!!

  • When Jon sings like this, I love listening to just his voice. It's made me happy, cry, calm, and relaxed. His EP's are my favorites. And the song Deathbed by Relient K, in the little part where Jon sings, his voice pulls the song together.

Its just somthing that he has in his voice that makes me listen closer.

And I always have a huge leap of joy in my heart after the song finishes. No idea why, but it feels amazing.

  • @Kenjula2 oh you describe this feeling so good!

  • 9.2.10

  • Beautiful? hmm... it's my heart's song...

  • cannot seem to get enough of this song... how wonderful can a song be! <3 <3

  • religion is evil...so many people have been murdered in its name....who has killed in the devils name.... hardly anyone...compared to millions in the name of the god...so whats really evil here

  • @Jpharter1 Well first of all I don't think that ChristianIity is a religion. I believe it is mre of a relationship with God. I don't think religion is evil. Yes, many people have died for their religions but I dont know about anyone else but I would'nt mind dying for my God. He died for me... why not do the same for him? This life will be soon gone. I'm suremost of those people who died for their religion would want to die for it.

  • @Jpharter1 u might want to think of it a second time.. its the people who kill.. do u think any of the holy Bible or the holy Quran states killing people in order to preach?.. dont u think its the people who bear the intention of killing?.. :)

  • @Jpharter1 You know what God said? I do not promise to protect your body, to the same extent as to when I protect your soul, but I do promise, that if anything happens to you? ....I will be there. ---I'm sad you think that way. Why don't you find out more about religion? If you find the peace that God so longs to give you, maybe you will change your mind... Peace Brother. <3

  • @Jpharter1 so many people have been murdered in the name of love..therefore love is evil? people kill in the name of many things, but that is the person's evil not the evil of the thing they are killing in the name of

  • @mrjacobspear wise words
