Yep... I'm totally agree with u, cubedesktop is a lot better than DeskSpace (formerly known as Yod'm 3D) as we can use all the 6 sides of cube as desktops in it rather than only four in DeskSpace.

you can do a dual boot so you can start up eather windows or ubuntu when you start up so no you dont have to but you can

2 i dont kinow sorry but if you get ubuntu runnine you can look up metacity themes they are quite easy to install but you might want to go to the ubuntu forms first
