  • This is way harder than it looks so start off a little light. I military press around 60Kgs and this exercise burnt my shoulders real bad lol it's a good workout for your shoulders.

  • @maxtrain2010 I used to do this shit before you are born. Besides it does not build nothing it wrecks my shoulder. Long after, I realized that external rotation combined with translation of the humerus causes a reduction of the sub acromial gap with pinches the external rotator cuff.   • For those of you concerned with Pauls lack of weight in this video. I personally watched him do 7 one arm pull-ups at 48 years old. The dude is strong, it doesnt mean he has to lift a lot of weight.

At no point is it mentioned within the video and the title gives you a big clue as to it's contents - "Paul Chek DEMONSTRATES and EXPLAINS an advanced shoulder press" I have to agree with Wellnessmafia - do your research Chissaboy before you insult someone who has more knowledge, class, strength and ability in his little finger than you so obvously have by your uneducated comments. Open your mind!

  • Firstly, he is dong something called 'demonstrating'. If you are not sure what demonstrating is - locate a dictionary and look it up. He is 'demonstrating' correct form. From your absolutely ridiculous comment i can only assume that you are not sure who Paul Chek is. If you a tiny bit of 'research' (dictionary again), then you will see the immense strength that he can 'demonstrate.

  • well obviously he's using a lighter weight just to show us, i'm sure he uses heavy weights for this. but still, you have to find a good weight that you can keep good form in, if you lose form you mind as well not do the exercise

  • The fact your shoulders are in a vulnerable position (if you don't know what you're doing). And the fact that it's so close to your nose.
