do you remember what the torque and HP was on this truck? i am curious because i have the same truck except mine is a stepside and it has a stock 302 in it, i'm looking to see how much of a performance boost i would get.

@TickTickClickGaming I don't have specs on it, but I can tell you from personal experience of driving 302 engines for a while now.. .60 over kicks ass! I have a jeep in one of my other videos with a 302 H.O. .30 over, aluminum heads, roller everything, forged everything... and I can't get it to haul ass anywhere near what this truck did.. this truck has a granny 4 speed in it, and you could put it in the very seldom used 1st gear, and get pinned to the seat! can't recommend it highly enough!

@TickTickClickGaming my 86 has 185hp and 270 ft-lbs of torqure, but i looked it up and i found that the 80-85 302's has 133 hp and 233 ft-lbs of torque

@TickTickClickGaming carburated, Ford didn't have fuel injection on the 302's until 86.

@dashvpr fuel injection was an option in 85 and 86. Ford also ran throttle body injection, but is a very rare system to find.

super crappy, because it was bored out super huge, and it had a 760 carb dumping a bunch of gas in it.
