What Hannity has agreed to is not torture. Hannity agreed to experience-- for a short amount of time-- the sensation of being waterboarded under controlled conditions. I tried waterboarding myself once in the shower.. Just lay down and put a towel over your face and let the water come down from the shower head onto your face.. a real freaky feeling... It really does feel like you are drowning, but you aren't.

On second thought, I would not recommend trying it at home.. Unless you had a spotter..

If you really think that laying down in the shower with a towel over your face is anything comparable to actual waterboarding, then you have no concept of what waterboarding is. "It really does feel like you are drowning, but you aren.'t" Right, in YOUR case you certainly weren't because you weren't waterboarding yourself; you were just laying down in your shower with a towel over your face.

Next time you want to "waterboard" yourself, stop being a pussy and do it the right way. Have a couple of guys restrain your hands and feet, strap you down to a board so that you cannot move at all, cover your face with saran wrap or a towel (or perhaps a combination of both), press that towel down on your face and pour water directly into your mouth and nostrils...all the while monitoring your breathing so they know how to time it so that you're forced to take water in.

Just to make it realistic for Mr. Hannity, snatch him off the street when he is unprepared, put a bag over his head, rough him up, kicks and punches, fly him half way around the world, always speak in a foriegn language, strip off his clothing and force him to stand on a box for days on end, more punches and kicks, play very loud music constantly, keep him in freezing temperatures, don't let him sleep for days, then start to waterboard him.
