the DPRK lied in the documents on their nuclear activities. the US received intelligence reports from all around the world showing that the DPRK had bought upwards of 50 kg of plutonium on the black market. also, the only reason we had to supply the oil was because the DPRK was having electricity shortages all over the country. maybe if they'd put some of their nuclear energy towards electricity for their starving people instead of towards nuclear weapons they wouldnt have been in that situation

The DPRK had closed the processing plant down, gave documents on their nuclear activities over the past 20 years, even blew up one of their cooling towers, yet to repay that the USA only gave half the oil and rations that they offered and even refused to remove the DPRK from the list of state sponcers of terrorism, so on that basis, I feel that this is the fault of the USA, the DPRK as on ball, the USA wasnt that simple...
