Well as least Norwegian scientists are investigating the phenomena instead of scoffing and ridiculing it like others do in USA, UK.

It's not lightning as if you watched the whole video, once of the scientist explains it's a solid or plasma object from a photo taken slowed exposure and a continuous colour optical spectrum.
