im sorry, but your kind of wrong. i mean you understand the concept of the technique to getting that gritty sound, but you need to learn to push it out so its not screwing up your throat. if you listen to any bands who claim to fry scream (devil wears prada, asking alexandria, etc) youll notice that they sound way differentt then that. infact, asking alexandria sounds like they are doing high false chords,(thats called blending the screams) ill post a tutorial soon if anyone needs

its because u are tighting ur throught more then u push air out , so try pushing more air out , try say "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey" and then slowlie fry it ,
