Hey, I've got my first appointment in London coming up soon regarding getting hormones. I've not been as brave as you to actually live like a girl yet. I'm growing my hair and wearing makeup, but am kinda introducing things like that to my life slowly so I don't scare the hell out of people. Reckon it's better to go private or NHS? As for the hormones, you will get a lot more emotional but hopefully not as bad as me - I cried at everything for a bit. My doctor put me on Sprio and reduced the hormones which seemed to help.

The only thing I still don't understand is when I went out to several friends parties after 8 months of HRT and I was surrounded by pregnant women and people kept handing me their babies? Very surreal.

I have had 2 sets of buds and am about a B.
