my f4i had a Jardine on it and i just took it off last week to put on a two brothers. the jardine was pretty comparable in terms of loudness at the bottom but is real loud in the high rpms..its really raspy sounding compared to the two brothers tho

Did you fix your F1 light? Easy fix by removing one wire if same as my k5 1000 and many others.. Go to yoshi website (I KNOW IT'S A 2 BRO) but look at the install instructions for full exhaust for your year bike and it will tell you what wire to pull.Simple fix and will keep ECM on some bikes from going into Fail Safe Mode..

Thats the exhaust servo under the seat.

When you install the two brothers system it comes with a bracket that you bolt in instead of the hexagonal part that the stock exhaust cables attatch to. On some bikes the servo malfunctions and it keeps going back and forth instead of stopping after about two clicks.

you were being too coy w/ that demonstration. i say do it again, but this time get it up to at least 10,000rpm and hold it there for a couple of secs. it won't hurt the bike, and you'll get the real sound of a TBR exhaust on hard acceleration.

If you're not racing the bike, which 99% of you aren't then a slip-on is nothing more than a slip-on, regardless of brand it will be lighter and give you about 5hp. Especially with the zx-6r having a long midpipe this makes brands such as Leo($959) and Akra ($778) a bit out of most peoples price range, ESPECIALLY for just a slip on. A good thing about TWB is that if you DO decide to go full on the system, u can just buy the headers,MANY slipon companys your sh*t out of luck and need a new system

get graves exhaust sounds the best for your r1 and does the most saves u like 13 or 15 lbs and its a full exhaust.its a bit loud just 2 let u know but they r the best 4 r1's

Two Brothers is an ok exhaust maker, but their quality is poor compared to Akrapovic, Termignoni, Sato, Arata, Beet Nassert, Leo Vince, Moriwaki. Sato and Arata will give you better HP gains and you can get them in full titanium.

Two brothers exhausts are def not high quality. Termignoni, akrapovic, beet nassert, and leo vince are tops imo leaning towards the leo as it's mid range affordable... the beet is most expensive and the akra least. All are good choices though.

When you used them for as long as we have and used as many as we have and still had no trouble with them, that says high quality. So why you would make the ignorant statement that they aren't, I will never know. We have had trouble with Nassert Beet's Exhaust and also a problem with Akrapovic Exhaust Systems. though. used very few Leo Vance systems, but no problems with them

I didn't state anything about them breaking did I? I just said they aren't high quality meaning you get what you pay for. The systems that are more expensive (mentioned above) have more craftmenship in comparison to the two brothers. Full TI etc. small minute details go a long way.

The shop I work at has been selling 2 bros for years, never ONCE have we had a single complaint about them from our customers. Micron is the one that gave us fits.. they SUCK !! My personal choice is Arrow.
