ya know I think I am physically stopped in time. From about age 16 onward i havnt grown, gained any weight My hair never grows any longer then it did then, I cut it, it grows back exact same length. My face hasnt "aged" ether.

Don't fear death because if humanity someday becomes a Type III civilization we may with all our inter-galactic styled technology possible be able to bring people back from the dead, although it seems impossible now, open your mind to the concept that maybe they will bring us back from the dead by reconfiguring our atoms into our bodies and giving us a burst of life, who knows it may happen
