tk for your video, I recognized a bit myself in what you said . I'm having a hard time to deal with my social phobia . I dont want a take some medication for it. Do you know if relaxation teknic and physical exercises can help ? tk
If I knew of any I probably wouldn't be taking meds. You can google "relaxation technique" for a lot of stuff on that.
I have a lot of problems just getting myself to do something. I'm not really too concerned about my nervousness when I'm there. I guess the meds help with that.
As for exercise, I've heard a lot of people say that jogging or exercise before an event can help. Trouble with that for me is that I never know when I'm going to be in a situation that requires it (Same problem with meds, they can work quick, but not that fast). Also I'd rather not have even more heart racing and adrenaline in me going on than what's already there. Plus I'd have no where to do it really.
