  • To keep your legs together....get some socks and put them between your legs then try as hard as you can to keep the socks between your legs the whole entire way through! I hope it helps you!(:

  • not bad make sure u really swing tho

  • I had the same problem with bending my legs like you are. Just point your toes and it will help you straighten them. Also swing harder.

  • um, well, try to build muscles in your arms, and try tokeep your legs together by squeezing lol butdont lock your knees when you land or you'll brake your legs :0 good luck!! :)

  • Squeeze your legs together! Its a common mistake!

  • keep your arms straight and you're legs together (: you'll get it just keep trying

  • @tjcheerleader159 i know hahah i was like wow thanks ;)

  • try picturing yourself doing a PERFECT bhs. and and for your legs. tie string or something tight around it. then you will get used to your legs being closed.

  • how the fk is that ur 2nd try if ur wearing different t-shirts.

  • i didn't attempt again until later that day o.O

and really about a year ago i tried doing them but got scared and stopped doin them for about a year so ya...

  • well, what a good way to keep your legs together is put a little bean bag or something small and somewhat soft and then put it between your ankles and try to not let it fall out. Good Luck!

  • ohhhhh that is an amazing idea :D whoot

  • You're awesome! =)

    Anyway, tips!

Yea, I agree with grizzlycheergal7, it works, squeeze and make sure you can feel your lower body tense.

Also, a lot of making your landing good and straight is going to be shoving from your hands to your feet. Make sure you pull through your hips hard and fast, and shove hard enough to keep your upper body in a line with your lower body.

A good way to practice that is by doing handstand snap downs!

    I hope that helps!

  • thanks! :D

  • nice job.just try to unbend ur legs when doing the flip

  • that is pretty good!!. all i have any idea's to make it even better would be squeazing ur but n abz and try 2 keep them together?.

weird thing is i got my bhs on floor before tramp :\ aha" awesome video 5stars!.

  • TO MUCH SKINNNNNNNN11111111

  • thats great but to help u be tighter squeze ur abs and butt i kno that sounds stupid but it helps a lot and tighten ur arms. to help make ur back handspring longer cuz ur kinda circling so do it on the tram and do a pogo where u jump a couple times and then jump one step in front and straight into a bhs it helps a lot!!!!

  • thanks i will keep working on it! and also if i do extend my bfs (like land farther back) will that also keep my wrists from hurting so bad, i am trying to keep my wrists from hurting anddd it is difficult.

  • If you want, you could message me and i could make a video on how to do a backhandspring... msg me!! Thxxx.

  • try to do without hands :D its easier.

  • Don't bend hands in elbows. Try to smash from wrists and from legs in order to touch down even to straight legs. I recommend particularly a very good tutorial. I am greeting from Poland ;)

  • ty ty :) i will keep that in mind!
