  • @CQModels I know what your talking about. It should be a bag with a screen and a screw. Not sure if there is anything else that is in the bag, but that is what I remember.

    Matt :)

And what link are you talking about???

  • @bzzymatt

the lonk of where u bought it from

  • @Rassoul44 I bought all my stuff from my local hobby store :P

  • @yakuza488 I used micro set and micro sol on the decals.. it helps the decal blend with the pattwerns on the zimmermit

    Matt

  • 0:14 nahh actually the panther was..but still good video

  • Nice video!

    What music is this?

  • yes and thanks, its what im looking for.

  • @mercynary94 Squadron putty will work. you can use the cap on the bottle to make the zimmermit patterns.

    matt

  • @bzzymatt iv never thought of that one it would have saved me money

  • im kinda new to this, what is the thing u use for the line on the turret side?

  • @mercynary94 I beleive your talking about the zimmermit details. not completly sure. are you talking about the clay material I added all around the turret?

  • @bzzymatt nice guide, how did you weather the tank? what clay did you put on the tank on the turret? is the clay the little divit looking things?

  • @xmikerinehartx I weathered the model with a black wash, which is a mixture of 3 parts thinner 2 parts paint or less, used tamiya weathering kit and some "MIG" which is like a chalk material. I used squadron putty and used the cap to make the zimmerit pattern.

    Matt :)

  • Did you use an airbrush?

  • @Ihave3Modes Not at the time. I didn't get an airbrush, until a few months after this project.

  • nice looks great, dont know about most people, but using the treads you put together yourself, although they take very long, come out so much better. Especially when working on the smaller tanks with the 4 trucks with roadwheels instead of the steel wheels like on these tanks where you can make the treads sag down, making them look heavy like the real tanks. I tried it with the rubber treads and it wasnt long enough to have them sag down between wheels.

  • panting... not so good forrow japs modeler exanple

  • Amazing, respect :)

  • hello,

i just wanted to know your opinion on the tamiya kits. I've just got back into modeling but armor this time. i wanted to know are tamiya kit better quality than dragon? and are the instructions easier to understand? i'm just about finished with my tiger I (dragon kit) and so far thats my second kit, iv never bulit a tamiya kit and im thinking of buying a king tiger, from dragon tho. but i want your opinion on tamiya, dragon painting instructions are hard for me to understand.

    thanks.

  • @lovefishin101 O.K. I Like Tamiya armored kits. the instructions are easy to follow, but sometimes I'll get rubber tracks instead of the build yourself kind which is the only thing I don't like. When I was going to build my half track I bought a dragon kit and the parts were not fitting properly and the instructions were not well written so I had to buy a new kit which was Tamiya's version and it was great!.

  • @lovefishin101 Go for Tamiya, there one of the very best model kits to use/have/work with, ive used Tamiya in almost all of my models ive made over the years, get one & see for your self how good they are.my opinion is Tamiya are far moor better then Dragon kits.

  • Is that bubblegum on the tracks?

  • @StridingMan No it's filler I shouldn't have done that though

  • @bzzymatt

Ah, ok mate. Nice build though.

  • i think if u realy want to get a quick easy finish is to use spray cans thats what i use and my kits turn out pretty good

  • where do i get a good airbrush for cheap???

  • @148scalemodeling I got mine for taking care of someones dog for 5 days. it came with the compressor a single action airbrush, a double action airbrush and some paint.

  • @148scalemodeling I made a deal with a guy who already had an airbrush set he didn't want anymore.

  • what site did you get from?

  • @yoshibomber1 I got everything from my local hobby shop

  • How old are you?

  • @JAGDPANTHER20 same age as you, trolling around on good videos. gtfo

  • Why'd u get the Porsche turreted one? That was the testing variant, The Henschel was the full production.

  • well, this model kit I got on sale at my local hobby shop and it was the last king tiger they had

  • D: well its really nice regardless!

  • umm. I'm not sure anymore, its been a while since I uploaded the video. and I don't know what the other song in on that halftrack video either,

    Sorry :-(

  • Very nice build. Is this song by Joe Satriani by chance. If not who is it? Thank-You.

  • I want to build one!!!

but to bad my coutry don't suply themT_T

  • looks very nice

  • Home made 'zimmerit'?? :) Looks good... :)

I spent just under £5 on an Airfix WWI Mk.I 'Male' Tank today.. it says 1/76 scale on the box, but I'm quite sure it's 1/72.. :) It's sure big enough.. :)
