that's crazy i was at work in manhattan we didnt get it as bad it was a scary rain and thunder storm but no trees fell. Atleast not on herald square . . My phone was going crazy though everyone was worried about me and I'm just like I'm fine. This is crazy brooklyn has a crazy storm and Manhattan doesn't. I'm glad it didn't cause that much damage though. I was so scared to come home lol. But in east ny it wasn't no damage either. I guess only certain parts. Like my area crown heights . . smh

That is quite a terrible scene. I hope you guys are able to get the telephone poles back up and clean up the scattered debris. The ass end of car sticking out of the 3rd story of that building is all the proof it was at least an F-3. With any luck you'll have running water within a week and power restored within a month.
