  • Yo JJ, I noticed you're taking the tension off of almost every exercise between reps. Don't ever fully extend your arms for your bi or tri exercises, keep them bent and there will be a lot more tension on the muscles. Also try to slow down the negative movements brotha. Hypertophy City.

  • @Poontangclannn yes exacly this guy know what hes talking about! Also when you fully extend you put a lot of strain on the bicep tendon!

  • You had like 5 bicep excersizes and only 2 triceps? thats gonna cause huge imbalances

  • @Rotatez i had 4 bicep movements and i did 4 i didnt film my skull crushers or dumbel extentions...

  • some bad form the dude, doin abit of swinging but whatever works best for you man keep it up..

  • @gym2594 of course there such thing:L! of course there such thing:L! the meaning of bad form is when you using other parts if your body that is unneeded for the exercise for example swinging but swinging can be used as a form of self spotting to help break the Plato

  • @mike15gym there is definitely such thing as bad form.. but really the only two I noticed poor form on were the preacher curls and the rope extensions.. any swinging I saw could easily be classified as loose form, which, as you said, can help break through a plateau.

  • @KyleP2009 also there was quite a bit of swinging on the straight bad curls, listen im trying to get on his back just trying to help out, im not having a go at him im simply just trying to help :)
