  • apparently thibaulthalpern you have supper shitty eyes because this right here is QUALITY speed walking and you act like your the pro if you notice one foot AT ALL times is touching the ground so STFU there may be a little bend but theres always room for improvement.

  • That is not speedwalking. There are a set of specific requirements for speedwalking and they are:

    1. one foot must always be in contact with the ground,

    2. the advancing leg must be straightened (i.e. not bent at the knee) from the moment of first contact with the ground until the vertical upright position.

  • The true testament is run the treadmill up to about 80% and try maintaing the speed while keeping your upper body as still as possible. This reduces sway and centres your foward inertia.

  • Also, try to do it without holding on to the side bars. This challenges you more, keep your feet at a hieght of no more then 3 inches off the deck.
