Good luck with those statetroopers. I used to live in P.A. now in Southern California. Do they still call the fast lane on the turnpike .......the Maunfered Lane ....don't know the correct spelling but back in the 70's that beef company had so many truckers getting busted by the troopers the company wanted to buy the turnpike.....LOL Classic...brings back memories....good luck and wish the best for ya guys

I dont get it.....i love to shoot pigeons....but the ones I shoot are CLAY PIGEONS. Why would you pay extra to shoot some half dead bird that can bearly fly out of a cage. Doesn't seem very sporting. Here's the thing though if your helicoper really is "Hundreds" of feet up, there is very little chance that a shotgun, which is what the individual in the picture is using, could do any damage.

u guys should ask a PA state trooper what do he/she thinks about the pidgeon shoots personally..it a shame though..i actually like the pa state police..but it seems they're just dont care...well at only in berks and bucks county PA....

@JACOB3601 Thanks for your post. Regardless what individual officers 'think', the police department as an organization has the obligation to stop criminal acts. Our videos have proven, along with substantiation by state humane officers, that these shooters are committing animal cruelty and the police as an organization does nothing about it.

It would be interesting if you called the trooper that deliver the letter to you and said that you have a written response to the letter that he delivered to you and that you would like him to deliver your response to the pigeon shooter. What do you think he would say? I would love to hear a recording of that conversation.

Sure, they'll jump when a 'prominent' businessman hands them a note to carry into the woods for us, sure they'll come into the wood to answer a phony shrubbery pruning call, but respond to a physical attack that left one of our people bloodied in the head? This sort of conduct from police happens all over the country and is less about them supporting animal abuse and more about the money. Police have shifted from being public servants and protectors to being revenue collectors (which is why their primary focus is traffic enforcement) and private security to corporate interests, because they pay big taxes and are in the pocket of city officials. There aren't many people anymore who respect the police or the justice system.

That's not true. If someone calls the PA State Police, they are required and will show up. 2. Obviously "Pigeon Shooting" is not illegal in PA and 3, There has got to be more to this than you show in the video.

Animal cruelty is illegal in PA, it's just not enforced when dealing with killing clubs that contribute to their district attorney's campaign funds. Yes, there's more to it. @chukmalone The State Police will come if you call them (unless you belong to an Organization called SHARK) but then they are not required to be a errand boy and deliver mail 2. Pigeon Shooting is not illegal yet (will be shortly) but animal cruelty is. And if DA's would follow the law instead of political contributions, these scum bags would be shut down 3. there is more, like I said before, SHARK investigators get physically abused or a gun pulled on them and the police could give a crap.

@chukmalone Yes, they show up, but where the SHARK crew is positioned, which you can see is in the woods down a dirt trail - if I'm not mistaken, the troopers said they couldn't get their vehicles back there. However, the SHARK crew has shown on at least two occasions since then that they can in fact get their vehicles back there, but only if the pigeon shooters are the ones calling. Someone correct me if I am misstating the events.

And you even showed of video of the police cars driving through the fields to get to you when the pigeons shooters said you cut down their trees, so we KNOW they can drive there if they're too lazy to walk. It just amazes me that they'll get out there for tree branches and a remote control helicopter, but for an actual CRIME and a violent one at that, they can't put in the effort.

Out here, you've got to pay the sheriff a fee for them to serve letters. I can't imagine any police would serve papers unless 1) he didn't know he could be paid to do so, 2) has nothing else to do, 3) somehow personally endorses pigeon shoots. Probably all three.
