well, if we are christians, we should be continuing in relationship with other believers in a local body of believers. so, for God to have something "better" then 60-80% of the young people who are leaving the church, I'm not sure exactly what that would be. I don't assume they are all missionaries :-) funny yet sad video, . and I'm all for letting the word be the minister and starting a young age, not just assuming if we have the coolest ministry, kids will be saved.

This is actually a very sad commentary on youth ministry today. I understand that it's all in fun. However, statistics show us that anywhere from 66% to 88% (depending on the study) of youth in the American church turn their backs on Christ when they leave our youth ministries.

Very true, Maybe we need to spend less time throwing pizza and games at them and more time ministering the Word of God to them.

I don't think it's possible to get stats on whether people are christians or not....going to church does not make you a christian. Maybe 66-88% stop going to church afterwards but again, that doesn't mean they aren't a christian.....maybe God had something better in mind than sitting an hour and a half a week listening to someone preach to you and staring at the back of someone else's head. Just a thought.

Geeze I compliment the video but I get two negative ratings - wonder why. Seedministries, basically, it was a long time coming and the more I educated myself the more I realized it was all "bunk". Like the poet Larkin wrote, religion was "created to pretend we never die." Later!
