I've been on board with Scott McDaniel's artwork since... Daredevil :) I believe he was the guy who revised the costume in the 90's to the black and red armor looking suit.
I've been on board with Mike Allred since Graphique Musique :P
I've been on board with Secret Six since Grandlan and Blugolbin01 can't stop talking about it. I usually do not support villains in their own titles, but I was always a Catman fans, ever since Who's Who :P
@TheBrandonHex Superman/Batman was a fun title, back when it launched. Of course, Jeph Loeb was a good writer then, so a lot has changed. :)
I'd be okay with Wolverine/Spider-Man if it played to their strengths. What's next, a showdown with Galactus? They're both street-level characters, and they could make a great reluctant team-up (as they have at least a few times in the past). Aaron's big concept is just too ambitious, IMO.
@blugoblin01 Secret Six used to be my favorite comic until John Ostrander came back for the Blackest Night tie-in and made the book about nothing but fights. Now I don't think I can ever return to Secret Six. It's just like when Warren Ellis left the Thunderbolts.
@OoogieBoogie Are you suggesting that Gail Simone has just aped John Ostrander since then? I feel like Simone's run has maintained its vision, despite a gratuitous tie-in.
@grandlan I've never read Ostrander before the BN stuff but his stories and characters were so bad that it took away my ability to enjoy Secret Six. Now I have to wait for a whole new arc to open up to jump back in. I can easily say that Gail Simone is a much better creator than Ostrander, and Ostrander needs to stop. Not to say Simone doesn't pull off some lame stuff like Jeanette or the retarded Scandal/Bain daddy issues.
Astonishing Spiderman & Wolverine does work!

More and more people need to put Secret Six on their pull list. Truly an awesome series.
