Don't watch this waste of time, here is how you do a tune-up: Get the repair manual for your vehicle, find the maintenance schedule section, read it, perform maintenance according to schedule. Need help doing specific tasks? Search for those tasks on youtube and avoid eHow videos due to poor organization.

u move the front tires to the back and the back to the front putting the left side tire to the right side and right to left side

In the old days of Tires you did it that way, Todays tires are made to roll one way, so you would move the front tires on one side to the back on the same side and the back tires would be moved to the front. Ask any Firestone dealer...
