  • be sure not to put your foot through the screen! LOL

  • I just hose my windows. Problem solved.

  • its good to get the frames before you squeege so that way you wont leave streaks after, then get the bottom frame last. also, dont forget to detail the windows and always have that sergical rag and a microfiber. im twelve and im a proffesional and work with my uncle. the rest you did good though man, good job. oh yeah, dont forget to wash the screens.

  • well 2 say the truth he is good and every 1 gots his own way

  • Better hope OSHA doesn't show up, must use someone to foot the ladder down below if you are not going to secure from up top!

  • im sorry but to say your a seasoned professional and not use stand offs and to use the s method on small panes like that your going to blow out a wraist or elbow. get with the times.

  • Wow. chheile ray. You call me mr porter potty . Then insult my intelligence. LOL. What are you. A kid who sneaked in to his fathers computer. The fact of the matter is.

ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. Its piss easy. One can learn it in one day. next you will tell us that vacuum cleaning needs year to perfect and washing ones car needs a collage degree. Lets look at the process.

    1* wash window

    2* dry window

thats it dude. . really I design buildings.

  • do window cleaners do there rounds every 6 months or something, i haven't seen any of the cleaners in ages!!!

  • thankyou

  • djquack12 has the best method for efficiency & Saftey. Instead of trash talking this kid , who is one of the best to come out of expert village. Why don't you help the by just suggesting what he can do better and not act like you're the greatest window cleaner in the world who never made a mistake. I thought window cleaners were like a brotherhood trying to help each other not tear each other up to satisfy their egos?

  • not a bad instructional. And to each his own on the standoffs, though i wouldn't touch a ladder without them. But bad spot for the screen buddy, like a lot of people have said. You knew it was there, and yet you managed to forget and almost fell, and that's hardly a safe method to pick it back up. I lay it length-wise in front of my shins so it's safely hangin out waiting for me to put it back. or you could put together a makeshift screen clip on string and let the screen hang off to the side.

  • I have to laugh at all the negative comments.

    Not like it rocket science.

He left the window clean behind him. Got paid and came back another day. Result.

"oh you suck" or "oh you fail"

    Wise up you dicks.

  • this is a perfect video that truely seperates the profession. this guy is a glass washer and a trur pro is a window cleaner. there is a big difference between amatuer washers and pro cleaners

    at least wash the screen,,,,FAIL

  • why in the fuck arn't you using standoffs on that ladder? Like having your face & chest pressed into the glass?

  • wy dont cleaning de frame of de window

  • hahahaha i had a feeling he was gonna forget about the screen...

  • WOW u suck, i aint been cleaning windows long, but i can do better than u, u stood on the screen and bent it, and ur swinging ur legs about on the ladder i know for sure that aint safe

  • Dear Expert Village, if you're paying this guy to do these videos, please stop. Make that check right out to me and I'll show you how to get the job done right, faster, and safer;)

  • If you work like that in my country, you never get a job!!! amature! how much did you pay that costumer for that broken screen? hahahahahaaha "don't forget .... " hahahaha

  • sectional ladders are the way to go , much easier to work with inside and outside. Also much easier to remove the screen from the inside and you should also clean it . Nice job though ....

  • Its always safer to have the ladder above the window but its not always possible

  • wfp poles are no good if you have to remove screens and/ or scrape windows. Also how can you tell the condition of the window if you're standing on the ground??tut tut

  • ambidextri us!! lol

  • Those screens look like a pain in the ass. Luckily we dont have to deal with those things in the UK.

  • i prefer sectional ladders myself.

  • search for simpole and see the difference. Water Fed Poles are a tad easier. What is a screen? - oh those annoyances.

Looks like a flashback to me. Well if you have to use a ladder, I would concentrate more on safety rather, then how you clean the window. Just a thought.

  • Many people that my father work with, his customers, say that WFP leave horrible streaks on there windows and prefer him to use the traditional methods.

  • 'Im gonna show you how to clean a window with a ladder'

    Oh yeah!!

    Wont it smash the glass??

  • Whoever gave you a thumbs down is humourless :p

  • He's a Yank, says it all.......cant see the humour if it smacks them in the face.

  • hey, i resent that!

  • lol!

  • Until anybody learns, and perfects both highrise, and commercial routework, they're not an expert. some of his tricks could be useful though, excluding the hazardous screen trick, which on a high ladder could be deadly!!!

  • this is the worst way to wash a window... the screen will fall.. the window washer will fall . how dangerous.. this guy is trouble!

  • Why doesn't expert village find a real window cleaner before they put this up. First off he was showing us how to clean a window off a ladder, what happened to the stabilizer bar? A screen clip might help you be more professional than a ladder as a screen holder. I also didn't see a scraper or steel wool anywhere? Are you sure that is a professional window cleaner?

  • dude... where's your spreader or standoff.... Makes it a whole lot easier.. keep a bungee on the spreader and hang your screen SAFELY underneath you while you clean the window... a normal window cleaner will clean the screen as part of the job...thats where all the dirt is... just need some more exp.. that's all!!

  • that was painfull to watch!!

  • learn how to in chair then come see me

  • AMATURE!!!!! and what is he using? a towel for dishes??

  • jajajaj he said dont forget your screen,, behind you...when ...he almost broke it....doing that method..you ended up with a back pain

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! Mickey Mouse ladders! Thats the good word for it!

  • sticking the fly screen between ladder steps is a nice trick, but is impracticle not to mention a safety hazard!

  • automatic water powered window washing system check out the vids on my channel to view design demonstration. NOT A POLE OR PRESSURE WASHER.

  • Can you just stop using mickey mouse ladders, mate, and never put dirty cloths to your mouth.

  • muppet

  • bloody hell what a waste of time im glad my rounds in england 2 of these houses and youd be fucked

  • I take all of the upstairs screens off from the inside; take them outside for washing, wile they are drying I use a pole. Almost never get on a ladder.

  • lmao too many strokes wheres ur screen grab? why the small mop and squeegee on that sized window? at least AT LEAST u know to towel the top edge good for u. Lastly never ever drape towels over ur shoulder. Unless you want carpa tunnel or however its spelled. BTW its window CLEANING not washing. This is a serious trade and deserves the respect of its proper title.

Thankfully its window washers such as this guy that have kept me in profitible business.

  • You broke about a hundred ladder safety rules. I cringed every time you moved, expecting you to fall at any time.

  • ahahahah no shit
