I can see they just got sucked into the lower part of the road next to the curb where the water (ice) collects. Any experienced driver knows that you never drive that close to a curb in that kind of icy snow to begin with. I mean even if they let their wheels roll they can't get off the curb anyways because its all solid ice along there. Once your up against the curb, it's like an ice luge. COOL RUNNINGS!!!!! hahahaha knuckleheads.
