People on the island were recruited to play victims of an overturned bus accident on the curvy road at Soldiers Ghaut (you can see the sign) and William was among the responders.
The title of this video makes it seem that Prince William was himself "busted" for buying or taking drugs. In fact, as part of his military training, he participates as a helocopter pilot in coast guard drug busts of would-be smuggler. William does not take drugs and has never bought them.
