This is from the hardcore era which was when the scene was at its peak. Closely after the scene split in 3 ways, happy hardcore, jungle techno and drum and bass. This track has elements of drum and bass in it but for me the sounds of Ratty and Top Buzz banging dark jungle techno all through 1993 were the best days of my life.

So it's not directly a drum and bass song but it has drum and bass in it.

@Omega50022 most music has drum and bass in it! the term drum and bass was coined by record companies to print and sell on compilations.. in 93 we had darkcore then in 94 we had jungle and no one really used the term drum and bass until the late 90s. anyway. this is hardcore or a rave era tune! take it from me kid i was there in the mix raving with my white adidas tracksuit , my pony tail and massive pupils!
