The Kata is performed excellent and is such a great learning aid - but why do the camera men in many of these Kata videos not move to the opposite side so the whole Kata can be viewed????? Even a 3/4 shot would be better!!!
Difference father-son here: I wonder why Morio Higaonna doesn't use strong forces from on his open hands at 0:29->0:34, while his son Eric Higaonna /watch?v=im7uLHgA9Ok at 0:27->0:30 and /watch?v=fxspsSE4qwE at 0:22->0:25 uses it.

@janamswag I have seen Higaonna do it both ways. if you search around enough on utube you will find him doing it strong and soft.
I have been taught to do it slow.
