Its Hinamatsuri and the dolls are called Hinamatsuri Ningyo or Hina Ningyo.
Its not Hinakadzari!!!

The festival itself is called Hina-matsuri
The dolls - Hina-ningyo
The display of Hina-ningyo during Hina-matsuri is called Hina-kadzari (or Hina-kazari, depending on pronunciation).
