Actually As I Lay Dying is a band with Christians as their members, but they are not labled as a christian band. And who knows how close their walk with Christ is? Just because a band says they are Christian doesn't always mean that they are genuine Christians unlike For Today or War of Ages. That being said, I would rather listen to a band that had Christian lyrics or just positive lyrics, for I used to listen to Cannibal Corpse and Deicide before I was saved.

Christians should start playing more in the symphonic or power metal genres. Then maybe I would listen to Christian metal. I'm not really into screaming and growling. Some is really good, but too much is ehh.

A lot of Christians are good people but they're are extremists who go out in the street and try and force people into believing in God and that pushes people away and makes them hate us Christians in general. Crimson Moonlight is by far better than all the other bands and I mean the actual songs by Crimson Moonlight, not living sacrifice (But I love LS too)

@MrAnthonyBaxter For the record satanism in black metal is a fairly recent thing, most early black metal is actually more conceptual than "BLAH SATAN" (also I prefer most of those other bands over these) and I don't really care for religion my username is more to annoy people than anything else.
