dude tone knobs are crap. Its not a minus, its a plus. if you hear a guitar that has the tone knob installed and hear the same guitar with the tone knob completely bypassed, its amazingly different.

its Jackson KE3 Kelly Skulls. Discontinued model (makes it Limited Edition) only 500 of them were made in the world... im getting one for Xmass hopefully ^^

i think the kelly ke3's r going up in price too.. i got mine (transparent blue) for $900 (got 200 bucks off, hehe) and now the same shops sells them for $1800
