You can do them THREE times a week as a good FULL Body workout. OR you can do them SIX times a week separating the Upper Body from the Lower Body ... I actually do that now. ;-)
YES but again the basic MATH on weight loss is Calories Burn vs. Calories Consumed in one DAY. More exercise vs. eating and what you eat that is FUEL for the body.

how do you teach mauy tai in cali your have to be a champpion and im 18 i want to get better at muay thai wut should i do man u proly need strong legs just do 250 kicks to the bag
n1. :P btw.. have u got any vids to show how i\to actually improve a kick?? my left is terrible. it was bad enuf now its worse.. i can do ankle to thigh in a balanced state but after that its like nothing comes to me naturally unlike my right where my balance is not good but it still feels like something that only needs practice to put right. also my right i can kick upto my neck height in a roundhouse sweep..
